Full Itinerary
Day 1 Night 1 : Over Night On Train
Please, be ready at your hotel lobby at 19h.30 for a short transfer to Hanoi railways station for taking the overnight train (first class 4 beds cabin with air-condition) which arrive in Lao Cai city next morning.
Day 1: Sapa – Ban Ho – Thanh Phu – Sin Chai (L, D)
- Pick up from Lao Cai station and transfer to Sapa for breakfast, after breakfast Sapa local guide and driver will transfer you to Ban Ho.
- Start trek through the scenic valley of “Ban Ho”. This is a village of Tay ethnic minority. The Tay people preserves a traditional agriculture quite develop with the cultivation of many plants including rice, maize, and sweet potato as well as seasonable fruit and vegetables.
- Then we continue walking to Thanh Phu village where your lunch will be provided in a local house.
- After lunchtime, you head to Sin Chai village. This is a village of-of Red Dao people.
Day 2 Night 2 : Dinner And Overnight At The Village.
Approx: 1-hour driving/ 5 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch.
Day 2: Sin Chai – My Son – Nam Toong –Ban Ho– Sapa (B,L)
- After breakfast, we start our day by walking downhill toward the My Son village where the Xa Pho ethnic minority living, this tribe is one of the smallest group’s ethnic in Northern Vietnam.
- After one and a half hours walk to the Red Dao village of Nam Toong, we will stop for lunch.
- In the afternoon, we continue our trip towards Ban Ho village where it will be possible to take a swim at a stream nearby.
- Then our vehicle will transfer you back to Sapa from Ban Ho.
16h30: Transfer to station for overnight train back Hanoi
Day 3 Night 3 : Over Night On Train
Arrive around 5h30 AM . End of the great trip.Approx: 1-hour driving/ 5 hours walking/ 1-hour lunch
