In the morning, visit Cu Chi Tunnels (70kilometers northwest of Ho Chi Minh city), the incredible complex of underground tunnels which was used during the Vietnam War. You will have a chance to crawl through 210 miles of this amazing system of tunnels.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant with Vietnamese traditional foods.
Afternoon, you join a city tour that includes Thien Hau Pagoda, Reunification Palace, War Remnants Museum and a lacquer ware workshop. Reunification Palace (Reunification Hall) was toward this modern building that Communist tanks rolled in the morning of April 30, 1975, as Saigon fell. This fascinating building is filled with history still fresh in the minds of many.
We return to the hotel where the evening is free.
Today, you are going to visit My Tho, the heart of Tien Giang Province. Located 75 kilometers to the southeast of Ho Chi Minh City, lived on the bank of Mekong River, the city is surrounded by a large cover of orchards and rice fields.
Here, you will visit one or two of the islands and watch how the locals to produce traditional handicrafts, coconut candy and bee farm, and then the Vinh Trang Pagoda, the oldest one in the delta on your boat trip on the Mekong River.
Finally, return to Ho Chi Minh City and overnight in your hotel.
After check out, you are going to be transferred to the airport and fly to Hue in the morning. Hue, the political capital of Vietnam from 1802 to 1945 under Nguyen Dynasty has been one of Vietnam’s cultural, religious and educational centers. Visit the Imperial City, which is situated in the Citadel, and the Thai Hoa Palace with its spacious hall and ornate roof of huge timbers held by 80 carved and lacquered columns. See the Halls of the Mandarins, the Nine Dynastic Urns and the site where the Forbidden Purple City once stood.

Nearby Hue, Thien Mu Pagoda on the bank of the Perfume River was a hotbed of anti-government protest during the early 1960s. And then, together with our tour guide, you will visit the complex of the Tomb of Emperor Minh Mang, built in 1840. It has been known for its magnificent architecture and elaborate decorations. This place also is considered as one of Hue’s most beautiful pagodas.
Lunch will be served at a local restaurant, followed by a visiting to Tu Duc Tomb, which was built for meditation, reading and theater performances in a tranquil setting of forested hills and lakes. The final destination is at Khai Dinh, the last monument of the Nguyen dynasty. This has a remarkably long staircase flanked by dragons, ceiling murals, and ceramic frescoes. End of the day, you return to your hotel and overnight in the city.
The highlight of the day is the journey to the south past the Hai Van Pass and Lang Co, over a spur of the Truong Son. Here you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Mountain Range that juts into the South China Sea, with spectacular views along the way. Upon arrival in Danang, we will visit the Cham Museum featuring a fine collection of sandstone carvings. Spend some time on the stop at My Khe Beach which stretches for many miles north and south of the Marble Mountains surrounding the area. There are many natural caves in which Buddhist sanctuaries have been built over the centuries.

Today we will visit Hoi An, an important port for the Dutch, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and other merchant vessels from the Far East, also known as “Faifo” to the earliest Western traders. You will visit a temple with gilded statues in the center, a pagoda dedicated to sailors and fishermen and a chapel with origins in the 1700s that reflects the influences of Chinese and Japanese styles. After that, we stop for a while at the Sa Huynh Museum, located near the Japanese Covered Bridge, which contains exhibitions from the earliest period of Hoi An’s history. Late this afternoon, take a boat trip on the Thu Bon River to Kim Bing Village on Cam Kim Island to see the woodworkers and shipbuilding families. End of the day, we return to your haven on world-famous “Cua Dai Beach,” with the evening at your leisure. Overnight in Hoi An.
You leave Hoi An and fly to Hanoi. You have a full day of sightseeing ahead, including a visit to One Pillar Pagoda, which was built by Ly Thai Tong and the Temple of Literature, founded by Emperor Ly Thanh Tong. Stop in the heart of Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, which contains an islet with a tiny Tortoise Pagoda. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Opera House and St. Joseph Cathedral. Conclude with a visit History Museum once the museum of l’Ecole Francaise d’Extreme Orient, which includes artifacts from Vietnam’s turbulent history. Widen your knowledge of Halong bay by exploring Sung Sot cave, swimming and relaxing on the sundeck. Cruises back to the harbor while brunch is served when the boat is cruising through the bay, along the way seeing more of the fascinating formations. Check out cabin then rejoin car drive back to Hanoi. Arrive in Hanoi at 3:00pm. This evening, you will have free time to go sightseeing in the Old Quarter. Take part in Water Puppet Show an hour.
